Muammar Gaddafi loyalists are now attacking Misurata, a besieged city in northwestern Libya, with cluster bombs and rockets, ground-floor. Cluster bombs, which hit large areas with highly explosive ammunition in the vicinity of another has been banned by most countries because they can not be fired accurately and put civilians in populated areas at risk.
